Enter a search term
in the box below and press the Start Search
button.
If you
cannot find what you want, the data may still be on the site, or available in
another form. If you have not done so already, you may wish
to go to the alphabetical listing of chemicals which you can access
here.
If you wish, e-mail
Hugh.Cartwright@chem.ox.ac.uk
and I'll see if I have the data you need.
Search terms are case-insensitive. The search scans for
a single string of characters in the name
of the chemical. No wildcard characters should be used. Thus, for example, searches for "sulfuric+acid"
and "sulfuric acid" will both
fail, even though sulfuric acid is in the database; instead just search for
"sulfuric".
If a search for a whole word
does not provide useful hits, try using part of it, for example
ACETO .
